Points-Based Equipment Rental Program
In an effort to provide our most loyal customers the best deals possible, I have created a points- based rental program. This points program will replace our current season rental program. It should work out better for our season rental holders because points can be used year-round rather than just for a season. Here is how the program works. For a limited time you will be able to purchase points that can be used towards the rental of ATV’s, snowmobiles, and our new Polaris Crew 6-person UTV. Points can be purchased in increments of 25, 50, 75, and 100 points. The more points purchased the better the rate. Here are the rates and usage:
25 Points = $1250 Average of 30% savings on Saturdays and Holidays and 45% midweek.
50 Points = $2400 Average of 35% savings on Saturdays and Holidays and 50% midweek.
75 Points = $3375 Average of 40% savings on Saturdays and Holidays and 55% midweek.
100 Points = $4000 Average of 45% savings on Saturdays and Holidays and 60% midweek.

Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
Points cannot be used towards rental accessories, gasoline, oil, or damage agreements. Points have no expiration date. Purchasers of points are given 15% off restaurant and C-Store purchases. Gasoline, damage, and damage agreements are not eligible for discounts. Cabin owners receive their owner’s discount. Points will be sold annually during the month of April. This offer expires on April 30, 2008. Redemption value of points may change from year to year at Bear River Lodge’s sole discretion.
