All reservation details are emailed once the reservation has been booked either online or by phone. Please check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation. If you cannot locate, it please give us a call or instant message us, we can easily resend your confirmation.
What's Your Change/Cancellation Policy?
All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, refunds are not provided under any circumstances. We offer trip insurance for $10.00 per reservation at the initial time of booking, this protects you in the case of any need to change or cancel your reservation. Trip insurance allows you to change your reservation up to 7 days prior to rental or up to 30 days prior for reservations over holidays or holiday weekends at no charge. If you are unsure when you'd need to reschedule, you have the option of keeping your reservation payment on file as a credit to be used for up to one year from cancellation date with the purchase of trip insurance, this credit is transferable.
Late Check-Ins or Check-Outs
If you will need to check in past our general store hours, we will leave check in instructions for you on the general store door, please come by the general store in the morning to complete your check in and recieve your cabin keys. We generally do not offer late check outs due cleaning crew availabilities and next occupancies. For more information or availability please call us at (435) 642-6289.

Our cabins are available to rent all year round. Our general store is open year-round with Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day closed. Holidays and Holiday Weeks are subject to weekend rates.

Are Your Kitchens Fully Stocked?
Yes! Each kitchen comes equipped with pots and pans, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and utensils.
Are Pets Allowed?
We welcome service animals unless they pose a health or safety risk or under greater circumstances are prohibited by law. Animals that pose a health or safety risk may include those that, in our managers discretion, cause damage to our property, or that of other guests. This includes defecating, or urinating inside any of the buildings, being disruptive, are not properly attended or demonstrate undue aggression.
Service animals must be declared at check in, you may be asked if the animal is required because of a disability and what tasks the animal has been trained to perform. This is important as it provides our staff with key information about the occupants of each room.
All service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective control.
Service animals cannot be left unattended in cabins or automobiles and must always be with the owner.
Rooms must be serviced daily to maintain health and cleanliness standards. We reserve the right to access rooms at any time for housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and service purposes.
Do You Sell National Forest Passes?
Yes! Permits are required to park in the North Slope parking lot and any camping in the National Forest.

Is There Wifi?
Yes, however we are in the National Forest and the signal may be inconsistent or weak. If access is absolutely needed, we may be able to accommodate you inside our general store which has the strongest internet signal on our property for immediate needs.

Each cabin will have the following:
- Sample sizes of shampoo, soap, and conditioner.
- Blow dryers in each unit.

Do The Cabins Have Heating and AC Units?
All units have heating and fireplaces.
Where To Ride?
We are fortunate enough to be in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest, which allows you to legally ride right from our property and have access to hundreds of fantastic trails. However, it is illegal to drive on the Mirror Lake Highway with any of our machines.
What Are The Age Restrictions?
Side By Sides:
We do not have age restrictions for side by sides, we do however recommend that all riders wear a helmet inside the side by side and if they are too young for a helmet you may strap their car seat inside the machine, every passenger is required to be in their own seat and wear a seat belt.
ATVs, Snowmobiles and Snow Bikes:
Operators must have a valid driver’s license and wear a DOT approved helmet.
We offer a variety of sizes for dirt bike rentals, we do allow operators to be under the age of 16 with adult supervision. All riders are required to wear a DOT approved helmet.
Children are never allowed to sit in front of an adult on snowmobiles, and all passengers are required to wear a helmet.
Anyone reserving a machine must be 21 years old and anyone driving a machine must have a valid driver’s license.
Do You Offer Shuttles In Winter?
Yes! We offer shuttles Monday-Thursday between 10am and 2pm.
