ANNUAL POINT CALENDAR

The annual point calendar is created to reflect the seasonality of bookings and demand for cabin reservations. 
One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and five-bedroom cabins are available 365 days a year for our cabin owners.

CABIN HOA: The cabins are managed by an HOA controlled by the cabin owners. In spring, the owners meet once a year to review the previous year, discuss the current year, elect the management committee, and approve the annual budget. 
​
OWNER DISCOUNTS: Shared cabin owners are given a 25% discount on weekday powersport rentals at the Bear River Lodge. Everything from snowmobiles, snow bikes, ATVs, side by sides, are available on site.
