When Owners join the Bear River Lodge Owners' Association, they have access to all amenities, such as our property features scenic vistas, a private fishing pond, restaurant, swimming pool, hot tubs, and more. Owners also receive a discount for the on-site recreation equipment rentals of ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles. With direct access to 400 miles of designated trails and thousands of acres for off-trail riding, there is plenty of fun to be had for the whole family.

Whole Cabin Full Ownership
Full Cabin Ownership at Bear River Lodge includes private, deeded ownership with full access to your cabin year-round. Owners benefit from a managed lodge environment where shared maintenance and infrastructure are professionally maintained. This model combines the independence of owning your own cabin with the convenience of a well-supported community, making ownership both practical and enjoyable.
Shared Cabin Fractional Ownership
Shared Owners have access to the same benefits of full ownership at a fraction of the cost. When you purchase a deeded ownership, you receive points that can be used to book cabin stays on any available night, regardless of the season. Each night is assigned a points value based on the size of the cabin and historical demand. Shared Owners can use their allocated points to make a reservation up to 12 months in advance for any cabin in the program, with no length of stay requirement. Points can also be deferred to the following year.

Ownership is designed to be low-maintenance while preserving the independence of private property. Exterior care, shared infrastructure, and common amenities are professionally managed, allowing owners to enjoy the cabin experience without the ongoing burden of exterior upkeep. Inside the cabin, owners maintain full control over furnishings, care, and personal use.
Other Important Things
When not in use, owners may choose to rent their cabin through established rental channels or manage rentals independently. This flexibility allows ownership to support both lifestyle enjoyment and optional income, making Full Cabin Ownership a practical and rewarding way to invest in a mountain retreat with long-term value.

The Space Available Program allows Owners to reserve an additional three nights in a Shared Ownership Cabin for a nominal fee without using any points. Owners can also use the RCI Exchange option to convert a weekly stay at The Cabins at Bear River Lodge to over 4,400 worldwide resorts.
