Utah Snowmobile Adventures

At Bear River Lodge, you'll have direct access to thousands of miles of trails in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest right from your cabin doorstep. With exclusive permits you won’t find anywhere else, we deliver a one-of-a-kind snowmobiling experience. You can rent brand-new Ski-Doo Summit machines (600cc and 850cc), built for deep powder and high-performance adventures, and explore backcountry routes climbing to elevations of 10,000 feet at your own pace. For large groups or our All-Inclusive Events, expert guides are available to lead you.

Whether you’re looking for scenic forest rides or technical alpine terrain, our trails suit moderate to advanced riders. Every rental includes safety gear, and with our cabins set right on the trailhead, you can gear up and ride straight into the forest from your doorstep—an experience no other lodge can match.

Snow Bike Rentals

Snowbiking is a whole new way to experience the mountains. With our Yamaha 450cc snowbikes, you’ll ride a machine that feels like a motorcycle but is built to glide across the snow. This opens up terrain you simply can’t reach on a traditional snowmobile. Snowbiking is a more athletic ride, best for moderate to advanced riders who want a challenge and some serious fun. 

Rentals include full protective gear and give you up to 7 hours on the trails, so you can spend the day exploring deep into the backcountry on your own

All-Inclusive Winter Events

Our 4-night, 5-day All-Inclusive Winter Event Package starts with settling into our cozy log cabin accommodations—we have 18 cabins that sleep from 2 to 26 people, including Studios, 1, 2, 5, and 7-bedrooms. Let the stress of planning melt away as you share hearty family-style meals and head out each day directly from your cabin on guided rides with brand-new Ski-Doo snowmobiles, snowbikes, or enclosed and heated side-by-sides on snow tracks. These guided experiences are typically offered during our January and March events.

We also offer Can-Am Defender MAX six-seater side-by-sides on snow tracks, perfect for families or corporate groups who want to explore the national forest together. These enclosed, heated machines make it easy to enjoy the trails in comfort and safety, with routes that are accessible for all ages, whether you're adventuring independently or with one of our guides for large groups.
